The Hancock Golf Course is owned by the Town Of Hancock. We are currently entertaining all offers with regard to selling or leasing the Hancock Golf Course. The purchase price is $700,000. Lease terms are negotiable. The property consists of approximately 99 acres, a modern Clubhouse/Restaurant (currently leased), with complete kitchen, equipment and furnishings, and a large utility/cart storage building. Natural gas rights can convey with the property for an additional $550,000. All equipment, including, but not limited to: Golf Carts, Gang mower(s), Tractor(s), Power trimmer(s), fertilizers, seed, and other equipment and items necessary for the operation, and maintenance of the golf course are included in the sale.
